NOPEC Natural Gas Program Eligibility

Effective April 1, 2008 through June 30, 2008 the price for NOPEC gas customers in the DEO area is $9.95 per mcf.

For a customer to determine eligibility, there are three qualifications:

1. The customer is with Dominion Easy Ohio Gas and not with any other supplier.
2. The customer is current with all bills from Dominion East Ohio Gas.
3. The customer lives in a NOPEC Gas Community.

If a customer is with another supplier:

1. The customer should compare the NOPEC Gas Program discount to the rate they are currently being charged, consider any cancellation fee that their current supplier may charge, and decide if they wish to be enrolled in the NOPEC Gas Program.
2. If they wish to enroll, the customer should contact their current supplier and cancel.
3. The customer would call the NOPEC Customer Service Line at 888-848-7914 and give their information to the customer service representative.  The information needed includes: the name on the account, the address, the phone number, and the account number.  This information will be taken to ensure that the customer is mailed to in the next Open Enrollment period.
